4. Know the Rules, Stay Cool
Contributing Stars
- Minimum Contribution: You must contribute enough DuckChain Star for at least one ticket.
Drawing Mechanics
- Each ticket has an equal chance of winning: 1 / Total Tickets.
- Users with multiple tickets can win multiple times.
- Your subscribed Assets will be distributed automatically to the wallet addresses of winning ticket holders after the event concludes, based on the specific rules of each activity or project.
- Refunds can be claimed immediately after the sale ends.
Refund Policies
There are two mutually exclusive modes, meaning only one will apply:
- Won & Lost Mode:
- Winning tickets are non-refundable — if you win, you receive the reward, but the Star spent on the ticket cannot be refunded.
- Losing tickets are refundable, allowing you to get your Star back if you don’t win.
- All Refund Mode:
- All tickets are refundable, meaning the Star spent is fully returned, regardless of the outcome.
- Winners receive both the reward and a refundable Star they spent.
For example:
If you use Telegram Star to purchase the DuckChain AI DAO Genesis Member in Won & Lost Mode, and you win, you will receive the DuckChain AI DAO Genesis Membership SBT. If you lose, your Star is fully refundable
